How do I reset my password?+
Click "Sign In" on the homepage, then select "Forgot password?" below the login form. You'll receive an email with a link to create a new password.
Can I import my existing clients?+
Yes! You can add clients individually through the admin dashboard, or contact our support team and we'll help you import from a spreadsheet or another platform.
How do automated reminders work?+
Once SMS is configured, Pupper Desk can automatically send appointment reminders to your clients. You control the timing and messaging from your integrations settings.
Is there a mobile app?+
Pupper Desk is a fully responsive web app that works great on phones, tablets, and desktops. No app download needed — just open your browser and go.
How do I set up my client booking page?+
Head to your admin dashboard and configure your services, pricing, and availability. Your personalized booking page is automatically generated and can be shared with clients via a direct link.
What happens to my data if I cancel?+
Your data stays safe. You can export your client records and appointment history at any time. After cancellation, we retain your data for 30 days before permanent deletion.
