By accessing or using Pupper Desk, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform. These terms apply to all users, including trainers, their staff, and any clients who interact with the platform.

Pupper Desk is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform designed for dog training professionals. Our platform provides tools for client and pet management, appointment scheduling, invoicing, report cards, SMS communication, and business analytics. We continuously improve and update our services, and features may change over time.

To use Pupper Desk, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• All activity that occurs under your account.
• Notifying us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By registering, you represent that the information you provide is truthful and that you have the authority to agree to these terms.

You agree to use Pupper Desk only for lawful purposes related to your dog training business. You may not:

• Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts, systems, or networks.
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the platform.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the platform without our written permission.
• Use the platform to send unsolicited communications (spam).

You retain ownership of all data you enter into Pupper Desk, including client records, pet information, appointments, and communications. We do not claim ownership of your content. You grant us a limited license to use your data solely to provide and improve our services. You can export or delete your data at any time. Pupper Desk and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Pupper Desk and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Our name, logo, and branding may not be used without prior written consent. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform.

Pupper Desk offers both free and paid subscription plans. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees as described on our pricing page.

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as stated in our refund policy.
• We may change our pricing with at least 30 days' notice before your next billing cycle.
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pupper Desk and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.

Our total liability for any claims arising under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to Pupper Desk in the 12 months preceding the claim. The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You can cancel your account from your dashboard settings or by contacting us.

• Upon cancellation, your access to paid features will continue until the end of your current billing period.
• We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in harmful behavior.
• After termination, we will retain your data for 30 days to allow for export, after which it will be permanently deleted.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Pupper Desk shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the platform at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of Pupper Desk after updated terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those terms.
